Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 523811 Size: SH
  1. Remove the front seat from the vehicle.
    2. • For the bucket seat, refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
    • For the split bench, refer to Split Bench Seat Replacement .
  2. Pull back the front seat back cover. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover Replacement .
  3. Pull back the front seat cushion cover in order to expose the front seat recliner assembly. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement .
  4. Remove the roll pins from the front seat recliner assembly.

    5. Object Number: 526597 Size: SH
  5. Remove the front seat recliner assembly from the front seat cushion frame.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 526604 Size: SH
  1. Install the front seat recliner assembly to the front seat cushion frame.

    2. Object Number: 523811 Size: SH

    Important: New roll pins must be used.

  2. Install the new roll pins to the front seat recliner assembly.
  3. Pull back the front seat cushion cover. Refer to Front Seat Cushion Cover Replacement .
  4. Pull back the front seat back cover. Refer to Front Seat Back Cushion Cover Replacement .
  5. Install the front seat to the vehicle.
    6. • For the bucket seat, refer to Front Seat Replacement - Bucket .
    • For the split bench, refer to Split Bench Seat Replacement .
