Secondary Air Injection Cut Off Valve Replacement for Cadillac Catera 2000

1. Disconnect the vacuum hose (4).
2. Remove the valve (1) to bracket fasteners.
3. Remove the hose clamps.
4. Disconnect the air hoses (2).
5. Remove the assembly from the vehicle.

1. Install the assembly to the vehicle.
2. Connect the air hoses (2).
3. Install the hose clamps.
4. Install the valve (1) to bracket fasteners.

Tighten
Tighten the fasteners to 4 N·m (35 lb in).

5. Reconnect the vacuum hose (4).
