- Ensure that battery is fully charged.
- Remove the INJR1 and INJR2 fuses from the underhood fuse block.
- Turn ignition switch to START position.
- Using a J 39200
digital multimeter (DMM), measure the voltage between the positive and negative
battery terminals while cranking.
- Crank for at least 15 seconds, then read voltage.
Is the voltage greater than the specified value?
