Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement for GMC Truck Savana - AWD 2003

1. Partially drain the coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
2. Disconnect the hose from the coolant recovery reservoir.
3. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir retaining screws.
4. Remove the coolant recovery reservoir.

1. Install the coolant recovery reservoir.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

2. Install the coolant recovery reservoir retaining screws.

Tighten
Tighten the screws to 6 N·m (53 lb in).

3. Connect the hose to the coolant recovery reservoir.
4. Add coolant to reservoir. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
