Air Brake Reservoir Support Replacement - Front Axle for GMC Truck TopKick C-Series (Conventional) C4/C5 2005

1. Apply the parking brake.
2. Block the wheels.
3. Remove the reservoir. Refer to Reservoir Replacement - Front Axle .



4. Remove the reservoir support bolts and the washers.
5. Remove the reservoir supports.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.




1. Install the reservoir supports.

Tighten
Tighten the front axle service reservoir support bolts to 67 N·m (49 lb ft).

2. Install the reservoir. Refer to Reservoir Replacement - Front Axle .
3. Remove the wheel blocks.
