  1. Remove the thermostat bypass hose and clamps.

    2. Object Number: 470699 Size: SH
  2. Remove the engine coolant crossover bolts.
  3. Remove the engine coolant crossover.
  4. Remove the crossover gaskets.

    5. Object Number: 1351825 Size: SH
  5. Remove the water outlet bolts (310).
  6. Remove the water outlet (311).
  7. Remove the thermostat (312) from the coolant crossover (308).
