1st-2nd Gear Shift Shaft Assembly

    Object Number: 1224137 Size: SH
  1. Place the shift shaft into a vise with protector.
  2. Install the 1st-2nd gear shift yoke.
  3. Install the 1st-2nd gear shift yoke pin using a pin (2) punch and a hammer.
  4. Install the 1st-2nd gear shift fork.
  5. Install the 1st-2nd gear fork pin (4) using a pin punch and a hammer.
  6. Install the each shift shaft assembly into the gear unit.

3rd-4th Gear Shift Shaft Assembly

    Object Number: 1224144 Size: SH
  1. Place the shift shaft into a vise with protector.
  2. Install the 3rd-4th gear shift yoke.
  3. Install the 3rd-4th gear shift yoke pin (2) using a pin punch and a hammer.
  4. Install the 3rd-4th gear shift fork.
  5. Install the 3rd-4th gear fork pin (4) using a pin punch and a hammer.
  6. Install the each shift shaft assembly into the gear unit.

5th Reverse Gear Shift Shaft Assembly

    Object Number: 1224151 Size: SH
  1. Place the shift shaft into a vise with protector.
  2. Install the 5th gear shift yoke.
  3. Install the 5th gear shift yoke pin using a pin punch and a hammer.
  4. Install the reverse gear shift arm.
  5. Install the reverse gear shift arm pin using a pin punch and a hammer.
  6. Install the reverse shift guide ball and spring.
  7. Install the 5th reverse gear ball.
  8. Install the shift shaft by pushing (3).
  9. Install the each shift shaft assembly into the gear unit.
