Makes 🢒 Suzuki 🢒 2008 🢒 XL-7 AWD 🢒 Body Systems 🢒 Vehicle Access 🢒 Rear Side Door Window Channel Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the rear side door window. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Replacement .
  2. Remove the rear side door window weatherstrip run channel. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .

    3. Object Number: 1378603 Size: SH
  3. Remove the bolts from the left and right sides.
  4. Remove the screw from the upper corner.
  5. Remove the rear side door window run channel and fixed window.
    6. 5.1. Starting from the front corner of the door, remove the seal from the door header flange.
    5.2. Remove the seal from the door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1378603 Size: SH
  1. Install the window run channel seal.
    2. 1.1. Place the seal into the door frame.
    1.2. Place the seal on the door header.
    1.3. Install the seal to the door header flange, starting from the front corner.

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the rear side door window run channel seal upper corner screw to the door frame.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 6 N·m (53 lb in).

  3. Install the rear side window run channel seal bolts to the left and right sides.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the nuts to 8 N·m (71 lb in).

  4. Install the rear side door window weatherstrip run channel. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Weatherstrip Replacement .
  5. Install the rear side door window. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Replacement .
