Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 208736 Size: SH
  1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the water deflector. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement .

    3. Important: Rotate the module inboard for access to the rods and the clips.

  3. Remove the screws from the door module.

    4. Object Number: 208731 Size: SH
  4. Remove the spring clip.
    5. 4.1. Insert an awl into the indentation on the lever (10).
    4.2. Slide the clip forward far enough in order to disengage the rod from the lever.
    4.3. Remove the rod from the lever (2).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 208731 Size: SH
  1. Install the rod through the spring clip (10).
  2. Install the rod and spring clip to the lever by sliding the clip over the lever and engaging the tang into the indentation on the lever.

  3. Install the module to the door panel screws.
  4. Install the water deflector. Refer to Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  5. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
