Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 277787 Size: SH
  1. Remove the outside vent valve assembly by completing the following steps:
    2. 1.1. Remove the screw retaining the assembly to the door.
    1.2. Lift up the valve assembly.
    1.3. Remove the valve assembly.

  2. Remove the inside module valve assembly by completing the following steps:
    3. 2.1. Remove the door trim panel.Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
    2.2. Drill out the rivets in order to remove the valve.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 277787 Size: SH
  1. Install the outside vent valve assembly to the door edge.

    2. Object Number: 277788 Size: SH
  2. Install the inside module vent valve assembly by completing the following steps:
    3. 2.1. Install with rivets the valve assembly to the door.
    2.2. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement .
