Driver or Passenger Seat Replacement Three-Passenger Seat

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the seat bolts. DISCARD the seat bolts.

  2. Object Number: 202388  Size: SH
  3. Remove the three-passenger seat from the vehicle.

  4. Object Number: 202384  Size: SH
  5. Remove the seat bolt sealers. DISCARD the seat bolt sealers.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 202384  Size: SH
  1. Install the NEW seat bolt sealers.

  2. Object Number: 202388  Size: SH
  3. Install the three-passenger seat in the vehicle.
  4. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  5. Install the NEW seat bolts.
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the three-passenger seat bolts to 55 N·m (41 lb ft).

Driver or Passenger Seat Replacement Bucket Seat

Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 202420  Size: SH
  1. Remove the bucket seat bolts from the seat. DISCARD the bucket seat bolts.
  2. Remove the bucket seat from the vehicle.

  3. Object Number: 202384  Size: SH
  4. Remove the seat bolt sealers. DISCARD the seat bolt sealers.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 202384  Size: SH
  1. Install the NEW seat bolt sealers.

  2. Object Number: 202420  Size: SH
  3. Install the bucket seat to the vehicle.
  4. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Driver or Passenger Seat Replacement Two-Passenger Seat

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the seat bolts. DISCARD the seat bolts.
  2. Remove the seat from the vehicle.

  3. Object Number: 202384  Size: SH
  4. Remove the bolt sealers. DISCARD the sealers.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 202384  Size: SH
  1. Install the NEW seat bolt sealers.

  2. Object Number: 202425  Size: SH
  3. Install the two-passenger seat to the vehicle.
  4. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Driver or Passenger Seat Replacement Suspension

Removal Procedure

In order to repair or replace the National suspension seat components, refer to the manufacturer's literature accompanying the vehicle at the time of purchase.


    Object Number: 202430  Size: SH
  1. Remove the seat belt bracket bolt.
  2. Remove the seat belt bracket bolt and washer, if equipped.

  3. Object Number: 202440  Size: SH
  4. Remove the seat belt from the buckle side bolt.
  5. Remove the seat belt from the buckle side from the vehicle.

  6. Object Number: 202409  Size: SH
  7. Remove the seat bolts. DISCARD the seat bolts.
  8. Remove the suspension seat from the vehicle.

  9. Object Number: 202384  Size: SH
  10. Remove the seat bolt sealers. DISCARD the seat bolt sealers.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 202384  Size: SH
  1. Install the NEW seat bolt sealers.

  2. Object Number: 202409  Size: SH
  3. Install the suspension seat in the vehicle.
  4. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified.   5. Install the NEW suspension seat bolts.
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 55 N·m (41 lb ft).

  7. Install the seat belt bracket bolt.
  8. Install the seat belt bracket nut and washer, if equipped.
  9. Tighten

        • Tighten the high back seat belt bracket bolt to 90 N·m (66 lb ft).
        • Tighten the low back seat belt bracket bolt to 40 N·m (30 lb ft).

  10. Install the seat belt buckle side in the vehicle on the buckle side.
  11. Install the seat belt buckle side bolt to the buckle side.
  12. Tighten

        • Tighten the high back seat belt (buckle side) bolt to 90 N·m (66 lb ft).
        • Tighten the low back seat belt (buckle side) bolt to 40 N·m (30 lb ft).
